Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
A delicious, old time favourite and the first jam I ever made back in 1992. It was the start of Yummies in a Jar! The combination of juicy, ripe strawberries and tart stalks of rhubarb is the epitome of spring preserves! Perfect for your morning toast, scones and muffins!
Ingredients: Sugar, Rhubarb, Strawberries, Water, Fruit Pectin, Lemon Juice (no sulphites).
